My name is Connor Ullmann, and I am a Flash game developer who likes to create small, browser-based games inspired by the retro feel of the 8-bit era as well as small tech demos for any interesting ideas that come to mind, all of which can be found on the games page. I have been programming since 2005, where I started with Game Maker before moving to Flash.
Koichi Hayashida, during an interview, linked programming to game development in a way that I whole-heartedly agree: “…my interest in programming was always to the end that I wanted to make games, not that I was interested in programming for its own sake necessarily.” I have always felt this way about programming and, although programming in itself is very interesting, it is much more so the craft of developing video games that fuels my interest.
